If you foresee missing any classes, please notify us both in advance by text or email.
If you can inform us at the beginning of the month if class happens to fall on a date you know you will miss, please let us know, and at the latest, at least 24 hours before a missed class, we will prorate your fee for the next
month. If no prior notice is given, you will be responsible for paying for the missed class.

We urge you to be on time. If you expect to be late to class or if you need to leave class early,
please inform us both by text or email.
